Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification :
- For Assistant Field Officer Trainee (Plantation / Forestry) : First Class full time 4 years B.Sc. (Agriculture / Forestry / Horticulture). SC / SC Arunthathiyar / ST candidates should have secured First Class with minimum 65% of marks in aggregate. All other candidates should have secured First Class with minimum 70% of marks in aggregate. First Class full time M.Sc. (Botany). SC / SC Arunthathiyar / ST candidates should have secured First Class with minimum 65% of marks in aggregate in M.Sc. and minimum 60% marks in Graduation.
- For Assistant General Manager : First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Instrumentation Technology / Instrumentation & Control Engineering /Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience : Should have minimum 21 years of post qualification experience as on 01/01/2015 in erection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of all types of measuring instruments / transmitters, Servo valves /proportional valves of hydraulic system, control / on-off valves, pneumatic / hydraulic actuators, controls and automation systems, DCS with profibus, PLCs etc.
- For Senior Manager (Process) : First Class full time B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering /Chemical Technology / Pulp & Paper Technology.
- Experience : Should have minimum 17 years of Post Qualification experience as on 01/01/2015.
- For Assistant Manager (Instrumentation) : First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Instrumentation Technology/ Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience : Should have minimum 7 years of post qualification experience as on 01/01/2015 .
- Nationality : Indian

- For Assistant Field Officer Trainee : 21 to 30 years
- For Assistant General Manager (Instrumentation) : 43 years
- For Senior Manager (Process) : 39 years
