- For Support Engineer : Three years Full Time Diploma in Computer Science /Computer Engineering /IT/Computer Hardware Maintenance / BCA with at least 60% marks and 2 years relevant Experience or B.Tech/BE or MCA with at least 60% marks and 1 year relevant Experience.
- For Senior Support Engineer : Three years Full Time Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering /IT/Computer Hardware Maintenance or B.Tech/BE or MCA with 2 year relevant Experience.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit : 28 Years
Age of Relaxation :
- SC & ST Category : 5 years
- OBC-NCL Category : 3 years
