- For Medical Officer : MBBS from recognized University/Medical Institution & should have MCI Registration certificate.
- For Dentist : BDS from recognized Institution.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit : 21 to 40 years (As on 30.01.2015)
Application Fee : Rs.500/- for General/OBC candidate & Rs.300/- for SC/ST/PWD candidate in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of “Directorate Medical Education Madhya Pradesh” payable at Bhopal.
