Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification : Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in Statistics/Mathematics/Education/Operations Research/Demography / Social Science (with specialization in Quantitative Techniques) from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
- For Assistant Professor in School Standards and Evaluation Unit : Desirable : Experience in School teaching and educational research.
- For Assistant Professor in Department of Educational Management Information System : Desirble : 3 years of experience with a focus on education and data analysis in social sectors’ sound knowledge of development indicators with a focus on education; should be excellent in data analysis software like SAS, STATA, SPSS.
